“TB-500 speeds injury healing.”
TB-500 has not been tested for injury healing in people.
TB-500 is an untested injection, not a proven healing shortcut, and nobody knows its risks in people. It is not worth injecting to speed up an injury.
Get your injury assessed and follow a rehab plan rather than buying TB-500.
Safety note: No human safety data exist for TB-500, so its risks in people are unknown. FDA has warned that injected peptides like TB-500 may trigger immune reactions. TB-500 is banned in sport at all times.
Talk to a healthcare professional if: you are thinking about injecting TB-500 or another experimental peptide for an injury.
No published study has tested TB-500 in people. FDA's 2026 review also found no animal wound-healing studies of TB-500 itself, and studies of the full thymosin beta-4 protein test a different substance.
TB-500 has not been tested for injury healing in people. Promising findings for the related full-length protein, thymosin beta-4, do not prove that a marketed TB-500 product works.
TB-500 is a short, seven-part piece of thymosin beta-4. In the one lab study FDA found, TB-500 did not speed the closing of scratch "wounds" in cells grown in a dish. FDA found no studies of TB-500 in people for any use, no safety studies in animals, and no data on how the body handles it in people; the only drug-handling data came from horses and rats.
