“Biohacks extend your lifespan.”
No supplement, drug or device sold as a biohack has been shown to make people live longer.
You do not need to buy biohacks to age well. Treat any promise of a longer life as unproven unless a human study measured real health outcomes, not just an aging score.
Before spending money on a longevity product, ask one question: did a human study show fewer diseases, better function or longer life from this exact product?
Safety note: Self-prescribed off-label drugs and unregulated peptides carry real risks, including side effects, drug interactions and products that may not contain what the label says. A better aging-biomarker score does not show a product is safe.
Talk to a healthcare professional if: you are thinking about taking a prescription drug or peptide for longevity, so a clinician can review interactions and monitoring.
Human trials of candidate anti-aging drugs and protocols mostly measure disease, function or lab markers, and none has shown longer human life. No aging biomarker is yet validated as a stand-in for lifespan, so short-term marker changes cannot fill that gap.
No supplement, drug or device sold as a biohack has been shown to make people live longer. The small grain of truth is that a few habits often called biohacks, such as frequent sauna use, are linked with longer life in large observational studies; changes in aging clocks or lab values are not proof of longer life, and animal lifespan results do not automatically apply to people.
"Biohack" can mean anything from sleep habits to supplements or off-label drugs, so evidence has to be judged one specific intervention at a time. Researchers studying aging drugs describe the field as promising but hard to test, with trials using mixed disease, function and survival outcomes.
